MMA
JR. BEGINNERS
GET STARTED

12 week Program designed for 6 year olds     Slower pace of lessons teaching fighting stance, punches 1-4, sprawls and 1 basic kick.     Participates in all child Safety seminars and anti bullying drills.

Beginners
LEARN THE BASICS

12 week program for newcomers ages 7-16 teaching all basic punches, calisthenics, a few basic kicks and sprawls.  Participates in all child Safety and anti bullying drills., participates in first version of the “Gauntlet”

INTERMEDIATES I
TAKE IT TO
THE NEXT LEVEL

12 week program for graduates of Beginners.   Intensity of Calisthenics are increased from beginners and different exercises are taught.   Intermediates I learns uppercuts and starts to incorporate combos of punches.  Learns roundhouse kicks and foot jab.   Some kick punch combos are introduced and drilled.     Child Safety, Anti-Bullying and the “Gauntlet” are needed to graduate.

Intermediates II
REFINE YOUR SKILLS

 12 week program for graduates of beginners and intermediates I.   More difficult and complex kick/Punch combos are introduced.   Penetration Step introduced to Intermediates II.  Other ground work like tactical falls and tactical get ups are worked on.   Child Safety, Anti-Bullying and The “Gauntlet” needed to graduate

JR. BEGINNERS
ADVANCED/Teens
IRON SHARPENS IRON

12 week program for graduates of Intermediates II.   More rigorous testing is given to reach Advanced level.   Kick/Punch and Takedown combos are worked on.   Some sparring is offered involved if students want to take part.    Some knee combos are introduced

PREPARE TO COMPETE

6 week intense program ran by invitation only to participate in fight night.  Sparring with other students and coaches.    BOXING ONLY
